CD Wolf specializes in providing surge support for facility projects and programs that exceed the capacity of the in-house work force. These include new mission beddowns (F-22 at Holloman AFB, NM), emergency response (flood recovery projects at Offutt AFB, NE), implementation of new DoD initiatives (Military Housing Privatization Initiative), and even sudden increases in project funding (Air Force Reserve Command FSRM program). When increasing in-house staff is infeasible or too cumbersome, CD Wolf can provide the necessary resources and expertise for the timeframe required. Support can be provided at any point within the project life cycle (planning, design, acquisition, construction) and ranges from project requirements development, design management, contracting document package development, and construction management. CD Wolf also has extensive experience in both environmental restoration and compliance. This includes helping evaluate and select remedial actions for contaminated soil and groundwater sites, partnering with state and federal environmental regulators in support of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program, and developing and presenting NEPA documents in support of major federal proposed actions.
CD Wolf also provides small business operations/optimization support. Small businesses often target a very niche market that involves limited service offerings to clients. CD Wolf advises clients on identifying/optimizing additional service offerings that compliment or enhance customer service and provide additional revenue streams. We also develop management tools that support specific operations ranging from supply chain management to financial project management.
